abstract submission for SIMS Europe 2025 is in full swing! Due to high demand, we have decided to extend the abstract submission until 31 May. We look forward to receiving your contributions and fostering a fruitful and lively scientific exchange at SIMS Europe 2025.

We cordially invite you to submit one-page abstracts for scientific posters or talks (15 min. talk + 5 min. discussion) and assign them to one of the following categories.

3D Analysis
Fundamentals
Instrumentation
AI/Machine Learning
Life Sciences
Geo Sciences
Energy-related Materials
Semiconductors
Others

Only 1 contribution is allowed per participant. Talks and posters must be presented in person at the venue. Abstract submission is possible until 15 May 2025. Notification of acceptance is scheduled for 27 June 2025.
