SIMS Europe 2018 will take place from September 16 (Sunday) to September 18 (Tuesday), 2018 in the Lecture Halls (HS1 and HS2) of the Physikalisches Institut, University of Münster, Germany. The address is as follows:

Conference Office

The conference office is located in the ground floor of the Physikalisches Institute in seminar room A.

 

How to get WIFI access during the conference?

Connect your device with SSID „GuestOnCampus“ and start your browser (e.g., Chrome or Firefox). While starting the browser, you will automatically be redirected to the registration website (Hotsplots). Depending on your mobile device, you have have try to connect to any website and then you will be redirected to the registration website (Hotsplots). Then you have to agree to the „terms of use“. Via the button „free login“, you will be connected. Please note that „GuestOnCampus“ provides only unencrypted WIFI and that your communication could theoretically be intercepted.

Parking

Please do not use the parking lot just across the street from the workshop location during regular working hours. Your car might be towed! There is a multi-storey car park opposite the "Mensa am Ring" nearby.

Lunch

On Monday and Tuesday, lunch may be obtained in the student cafeteria ("Mensa am Ring"). You can pay in cash only. EC and credit cards are not accepted. However, there is an EC/VISA/Master Card cash station in the "Mensa am Ring" building, which is accessible on weekdays. The addess is as follows:
